Pregnancy is a way God chooses to bless His children. To be pregnant means to be chosen to protect and nurture the fruit of God’s miracle. When we give birth, we fulfill God’s commandment to us to be fruitful and multiply.
However, the devil finds a way to come against us in every way. That means that during pregnancy we must be vigilant and be constantly praying so the Lord keeps us from any perils or mechanization of the devil. There are so many things that can go wrong during pregnancy but we who worship the Lord should know that He is always ready to protect and keep us in any situation.
Worshiping God means forgoing any other gods in your life. It means dedicating yourself to a clean and holy life. It means dedicating your entire family to Him and living according to His will. The devil comes in different shapes and sizes and can prey on your fears to cause you to doubt God. However, as Christians, it is important to trust in God always and know that no matter what distress we see with our eyes, He will always be there to see us to a fruitful and successful end.
Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Jeremiah 1:5
God is omnipresent. That means He is everywhere at all times. That also means that He already knows the future of your baby even if it is still in the womb. As Christians, we must trust Him at all times to know what is best for us. This is why we must always listen to His voice and hear what He has said concerning our future and that of our children.
Prayers for a pregnant wife is very important. Apart from the fact that it protects the mother, it also shapes the future of the child. We ask God to establish the future of the unborn baby and make it a blessing to the mother and the entire family. Laying your hands on the belly of your pregnant wife connects you spiritually to the baby inside and releases the anointing of the Lord upon them.
Whatever you declare in the spirit concerning the unborn baby is declared in the physical realm as well. Do not forget that the devil doesn’t sleep but prowls day and night looking for ways it can destroy those under the protection and watch of the good shepherd. That means that your unborn baby is also the devil’s target. They may have a very bright future that the devil would want to prevent. This is why we must be fervent in prayer and never leave the door open for any demonic interventions on the unborn baby or pregnant mother.

We destroy any evil plans or attacks aimed at their well-being, and we proclaim a safe and healthy delivery. Lord, remove any blockage on their necks and help them breathe as they should. Let them be positioned as they should. Help them grow and develop as they should. Position them perfectly, and remove any stress or pressure on their body. Let them survive and thrive with strength until the moment of delivery and beyond.

Dear Lord in Heaven,
Thank You for the love and favor You have continually shown us. We bless You and are grateful for Your protection and guidance over our lives.
Today, I lift my pregnant wife into Your hands and ask for Your divine protection. Please shield her from any accidents and keep her safe wherever she goes. As she drives, help her avoid collisions and be her guide on the road. Wherever she steps, be one step ahead, keeping her away from slippery surfaces and watching over her to prevent any falls. We destroy any plans of accidents or harm, and we declare that any disaster planned against her will fail.
Keep her safely wrapped in Your arms at all times, protecting her from errant vehicles, falling objects, and all forms of danger. Guide her decisions, Lord, and prompt her when she reaches for anything harmful or unwanted for her or the baby. Keep her from ingesting anything that may cause harm, and as the time of delivery approaches, let her experience Your grace and strength.

Dear Lord,
We come against any evil eye directed toward my pregnant wife. Whatever plans the enemy has concerning this pregnancy, we declare them destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus. We trample upon any traps that have been set for her and close the mouths of those who speak evil over her.
We lock away any evil boxes with her name on them and burn any wicked circles made against her. We declare that she will deliver this baby in strength and in accordance with Your perfect plan. We cancel any plans of death or harm that await her, and we cover her completely with the precious blood of Jesus.
We proclaim that nothing will harm her throughout this pregnancy. We shut every evil door prepared against her, cover every evil pit set for her, and purify any food or drink meant to harm her. Let any curses spoken over her be turned into blessings. Transform any generational curses into generational blessings within her family line. May she triumph in this journey and be filled with Your strength to overcome every challenge that comes her way.

The pregnancy journey can be different for everyone. It is also an opportunity for the evil one to try to harm you. but the Lord God has already declared you victorious in this journey and there is no need to be afraid. You may hear other pregnancy stories and be shaken thinking the same fate will befall you. But you must know that those who call on the name of the Lord shall always renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31).
Keep these prayers close to you and let your faith carry you through. Your pregnancy is a blessing from God so treasure it and pray over it always. Your baby’s life is precious and as soon as you discover your pregnancy know that the Lord has a responsibility for you to carry them and nurture them until they are born.
